The SW-4000TL-PMCL is a high speed trilinear line scan camera that delivers outstanding color line scan performance for applications that don’t require the ultimate precision provided by the prism technology in JAI’s Sweep+ Series. Featuring a maximum line rate of 66 kHz for 24-bit RGB output, it is one of the fastest 3 x 4096 color line scan cameras on the market.

UNIQUE BINNING AND COLOR CONVERSION CAPABILITIES

The SW-4000TL-PMCL is the only high-speed trilinear camera to offer support for both vertical and horizontal binning, as well as built-in color space conversions to HSI, CIEXYZ, sRGB, Adobe RGB, and custom RGB color gamuts.

DIRECT ENCODER CONNECTION

The SW-4000TL-PMCL can be directly connected to rotary encoders, which simplifies setup and enables automatic detection of scan direction for use with reciprocating slide tables. Encoder signals can be daisy-chained from one camera to the next in multi-camera setups.

HIGH SPEED OUTPUT

With a maximum line rate of 66 kHz (66,000 lines per second), the SW-4000TL-PMCL is one of the fastest 4K trilinear cameras currently offered. 8/10-bit output is provided over a GenICam compliant Camera Link interface.

12P-02S POWER CABLE	This cables features flying leads on one end and a Hirose 12-pin connector on the other wired to match the pinout of JAI cameras with 12-pin connectors. The flying leads enable power to be supplied via two of the Hirose pins, while the remaining wires/pins can be utilized to access various I/O functions of JAI cameras. PC-12P HIROSE 12-PIN CONNECTOR	The HR10A-10P-12S is a universal connector used for power and control signals for many JAI cameras. The connector is a female plug, with sockets, that mates to the connector on the back of the camera. It has soldering cups for easy assembly of custom cables.
26PMCL-02-26 MINI-CL / POWER OVER MINI-CL CABLE	The 26PMCL-02-26 features a mini size Camera Link connector at one end for attaching to a camera, and a standard size connector at the other end for attaching to standard Camera Link frame grabbers. Per the Power over Camera Link (PoCL) standard, pins #1 and #26 have been reassigned to carry +12V DC power. The cable can, therefore, be used with any JAI camera carrying the MCL or the PMCL model suffix. Length is 2 meters.
