The SW-4000M-PMCL is a high speed monochrome line scan camera featuring a custom-designed 4K monochrome line sensor capable of running at up to 200,000 lines per second. An innovative built-in function allows users to switch between large and small pixel well sizes to tailor the responsivity and dynamic range of the camera to fit the speed and illumination requirements of their application.

SW-4000M-PMCL cameras are designed to maximize the output of your web inspection applications. The camera’s custom CMOS sensor delivers 4K resolution (4096 pixels) at up to 200 kHz, making it one of the fastest 4K monochrome cameras in the industry.

ADJUSTABLE PIXEL SIZE AND WELL DEPTH

The SW-4000M-PMCL can be set to two different quantum well modes. When light is plentiful, the large well mode provides images with higher signal/noise ratios and higher dynamic range (better image contrast). Using the small well mode increases responsivity, supporting maximum line rates even when lighting is more limited.

POWER AND LENS OPTIONS ADD FLEXIBILITY

Two different lens mounts are available – an F-mount or an M42 mount. Either model can be powered over the Camera Link interface, or can accept power from an external power supply via the 12-pin I/O connector.

12P-02S POWER CABLE	This cables features flying leads on one end and a Hirose 12-pin connector on the other wired to match the pinout of JAI cameras with 12-pin connectors. The flying leads enable power to be supplied via two of the Hirose pins, while the remaining wires/pins can be utilized to access various I/O functions of JAI cameras. PC-12P HIROSE 12-PIN CONNECTOR	The HR10A-10P-12S is a universal connector used for power and control signals for many JAI cameras. The connector is a female plug, with sockets, that mates to the connector on the back of the camera. It has soldering cups for easy assembly of custom cables.
26PMCL-02-26 MINI-CL / POWER OVER MINI-CL CABLE	The 26PMCL-02-26 features a mini size Camera Link connector at one end for attaching to a camera, and a standard size connector at the other end for attaching to standard Camera Link frame grabbers. Per the Power over Camera Link (PoCL) standard, pins #1 and #26 have been reassigned to carry +12V DC power. The cable can, therefore, be used with any JAI camera carrying the MCL or the PMCL model suffix. Length is 2 meters.
